Christopher Westfall Returns to Whiting With a Joyous Christmas Concert

Whiting, NJ -- Christopher Westfall will bring a joyful Christmas concert to Whiting in Manchester Township on Sat., Dec. 9 at 3 pm.

Westfall accompanies himself on 6 and 12-string guitars and the piano.  His clear, tenor voice and style is most reminiscent of the late John Denver, but Christopher brings his own interpretation to those songs as well as others he has composed.  This year’s program will be enhanced with traditional and lesser known Christmas songs including originals composed by Westfall.

Christopher, who hails from South Jersey. has appeared in venues from New York's Central Park  to Carmel, CA, and has performed in locations as diverse as an Alaskan Princess Cruise to an open-air concert in Bethany Beach, De.  He marked his 14th year appearing at Haddonfield's popular First Night celebration.  The singer-songwriter recently returned from performing at a John Denver tribute in Aspen, CO.  With concerts marked by spirit and emotion, audience members frequently are moved to hum or sing along, a response Westfall welcomes.

The concert will be held in the Whiting United Methodist Church, 55 Lacey Rd./Route 614.  Tickets for the family-friendly event are $15, and will be available in October at the church.
